The aim of this is to encourage flexibility within the company, where our employees are free to choose what they wear to work. We also hope to encourage our employees to be more autonomous in their self-management.<br>With the \u201cSelf-Business\u201d Dress Code, the 3 main objectives are \u201cincreased diversity\u201d, \u201cimproved work productivity and efficiency\u201d, as well as to \u201caid acclimatization to weather changes\u201d.
