タイトル：『Manufacturing of Lysolecithin with High Lysophosphatidic Acid Content and Its Efficacy for Skin』
発表内容：リゾホスファチジン酸（LPA）は表皮細胞への様々な有用性が報告されており、脂質の一種であるレシチンを酵素処理して得られるリゾレシチンに含有されています。しかし、一般的なリゾレシチンは含有するLPAが少ないという問題がありました。研究の結果、皮膚への有用性を高めるためにLPAを高含有させたリゾレシチンを開発することに成功しました。そこで本発表では、当社独自の酵素を用いたLPA高含有リゾレシチンの酵素合成法や開発品が有する皮膚バリア機能の形成に対する効果を示した臨床試験などの機能性評価の結果を報告しました。
We report on the successful development of a novel lysolecithin with a high concentration of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) and its functionality in forming the skin barrier. While LPA, a lipid known for its diverse benefits to epidermal cells, is present in lysolecithin derived from the enzymatic treatment of lecithin, conventional lysolecithin contain low levels of LPA. To overcome this limitation and enhance its efficacy for the skin, we developed a high-LPA content lysolecithin. This presentation details our proprietary enzymatic synthesis method and presents the results of functional assessments, including a clinical study demonstrating the developed product’s effect on skin barrier formation.
