We are pleased to announce that effective April 1, 2022, Nikko Chemicals has merged with another NIKKOL GROUP company, Cosmos Technical Center.
We would also like to announce that Hideyuki Nakahara has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer as of the same date.
He succeeds Shizuo Ukaji, who will continue to serve in NIKKOL GROUP’s management as Board Director.
